How to Wash Your Hair With Natural Products

Many women are into living a natural life, and that includes everything they eat, wear, or use on their body. There are a lot of shampoos on the market, but a lot of them are made with chemicals and ingredients that can be bad for the hair and damage it. However, to get clean hair without shampoo can be easy if a woman uses the right ingredients.

Baking soda:

The solution to wash the hair without shampoo is one tablespoon of baking soda for every cup of warm water that is used.

The best way to use this solution is to put it in a squeeze bottle, then pour it on the hair, scrub the scalp, and then let it set for a few minutes before rinsing the head with warm water.

Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is a good way to clean the scalp of buildup of things like dirt, oil, and dead skin that can accumulate.

Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed for every one cup of warm water can clean the scalp and also keep the hair from tangling.

The mud that surrounds and river or lake is the best kind for hair. The river mud contains clay, which can help get the scalp nice and clean.

Using a cup of dirt with warm water, a thick paste should be created from the mixture and then spread on the head.

The mud should sit on the hair for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinsed thoroughly with warm water.

The best kind of tea for the hair is chamomile tea. Using a one quart pitcher, a woman should put in at least two to three chamomile tea bags and place them in the water.

The tea bags should be in the water for at least six hours to make sure that the tea mixture is strong enough to clean the scalp and hair.

Once in the shower, the mixture can slowly be poured onto the head. The strong tea will wash away dirt and oil from both the hair and the scalp.

Club soda:

Club soda has a lot of bubbles, and those bubbles are great for removing oil and dirt from the surface of the scalp. A 2 liter bottle of club soda can be used for at least one week’s worth of cleaning the hair.

The club soda can be put in 16 ounce bottle and poured through the hair to clean it. The soda will bubble, but the bubbling actin just means that it is cleaning the scalp and hair.

Two eggs scrambled together in a bowl make for a fine natural shampoo. The eggs should be poured onto the head and then the scalp should be massaged.

Once the whole head has been massaged, the egg mixture must be rinsed from the head with cool water or the egg mixture will stick to the hair.

Soap nuts:

A great natural shampoo is to squeeze 20 soap nuts into a bowl, add one cup of lemon juice to the clear soap nut liquid, and then add one cup of warm water.

The mixture has to be set overnight, but then the next morning it should be put on the hair for no more than five minutes and then rinsed out with warm water.
